The beach at Loutra Aidispsos (Aidipsos Baths), despite being in the center of this resort town, isn’t organized. The main bathers are elderly people who take advantage of the medicinal waters. The two focal points of the beach are two. The first is near the hot springs on the EOT (Greek Tourism Organization) beach, where the people swimming here are taking advantage of the hot medicinal waters from the nearby springs.
The second point of interest is the surrounding beach on the left and right of the port, where the waters are not medicinal and are frequented by younger people. Mainly, the greater number of visitors prefers to go to the beach of Agios Nikolaos for their daily swim.
